What is the best way to learn how to use Adobe Premiere Pro
Really, Premiere is no more difficult then Word or Powerpoint - it really won’t take you long to figure out how to string out some clips on the the timeline. Transitions, titles and other fancy bits are also mostly a matter of discovery more then any true operational complexity.
Mastery of Premiere mostly means knowing all the keyboard commands so that you move quickly. This does not correlate necessarily with good editorial decision making - it’s more like having knife skills in the kitchen: there’s more to cooking then that.

The problem people have learning Premiere is not access to good guides or trainings - others have put in good links, I’d add Creative COW - Tutorials and Articles to your bookmark’s list too - but all this will only help you so much if you don’t have anything worthwhile to practice on.
